What is automatic content plan generation and why should I use it?

Our new automatic content generation feature, which is powered by artificial intelligence and your previous performance, will save you a lot of time and resources. This means that BrandVox uses your brand data based on parameters such as tone of voice, content type, hashtags, keywords, age and gender of your target audience, posting frequency, planning period, industry, language, and brand name to generate great ideas for your social media. 

How I can use it?

Important
To generate a content plan, you need to have a sufficient number of units, they are not included by default in any tariff. You can buy them in the "Tariff plans" - "Add-ones" section. You can see our tariff plans here.
Automatic content generation feature works with 50 languages, of course not all are equally perfect, but there's still a lot more to come!

Step 1. Go to the "Content plan" OR "Calendar" tab.



Step 2. Find "Create plan" button and click it.

Step 3. Fill in the fields in the module window with the necessary data and press "NEXT STEP".



Step 4. Select the necessary values from the drop-down list and click "GENERATE".



Important
Fields, such as, Tone of voice, Type of content, Hashtags could be already pre-filled based on your audience's previous results and preferences.
Step 5. A content plan is being created, it may take a couple of minutes. You will receive a notification when the plan is ready.
Step 6. In the notifications in the upper right corner, you will see a message about the content plan's status, click on it and follow the link OR you can go to the "Content Plans" tab, where you will see your automatically generated plans.



Step 7. Browse and select the desired content plan. The generated content plan can be downloaded to Excel or scheduled in the calendar, it is saved as drafts in the calendar.


Step 8. Once you've moved your content plan to your calendar, you'll see your future posts in draft form.
