How to create and set up post scheduling from Brandvox?

What is content calendar and why I should use it?

A content calendar is necessary to save time and ensure regularity of posting,  serves as a comprehensive schedule outlining your upcoming social media posts, arranged chronologically. You can scheduling and posting in advance via BrandVox to all your social pages - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.

Here are some of the key benefits of using a content calendar:
  1. Organization and Planning.A content calendar allows you to plan your content strategy in advance. You can schedule when each piece of content will be created, reviewed, and published. This helps maintain a consistent and organized approach to content production.
  2. Consistency. A content calendar helps you maintain a regular publishing schedule, whether it's daily, weekly, or monthly. Consistent content builds trust with your audience and keeps them engaged.
  3. Collaboration and Communication.If you're working with a team, a content calendar serves as a centralized platform for collaboration. Team members can see what content is in progress, who is responsible for each piece, and when it's scheduled for publication.
  4. Avoiding Overlaps and Gaps.By visualizing your content schedule, you can avoid publishing too many similar pieces back-to-back or leaving long gaps between updates. This helps maintain a steady flow of information to your audience.

How to use the calendar?

1. Look for a "Calendar" section on the left panel.
2. Choose any blank date on your content calendar and click on it to create a new post.


3. Choose channel for posting and fill blank fields with your content.
4. Click on "Save draft" and then choose "Publish now" or "Publish later".

Important
We added LinkedIn Private posting in the recent release, so you can schedule your private posts also through the BrandVox interface. 

You can make a posts only if you have one of the following roles in the added to the BrandVox company account: 
  1. Super admin
  2. Paid Content Admin
  3. Content Admin
You need to add your personal account to at least one project to start posting

Please note, that LinkedIn doesn't allow to retrieve your personal account metrics, so all the analytics will not include your personal metrics.
You can switch to weekly or monthly calendar view.

To schedule a post, select a date and you will see a window with the settings for your future post. Fill in the necessary fields and post :)


Important

  1. If you post a video on YouTube that is less than 1 minute long, it will be published as a YouTube Shorts, just like on the social network itself.

How I can use tags?

Tags help you organise and order your content. You can see statistics on the number of articles by tag (published, scheduled and draft). Keep collecting this data, and we will continue to work on more features to help you organise your work with social media :) More about Tag managment - here.
