Synchronization and results obtained

Retrospective data

When you create a new project, we collect posts from past periods for you. This period depends on your tariff plan. You can get information about your tariff and the end date of the demo period in your account.

If you want to upgrade to a more advanced plan with more days of retrospective data you can view the available tariffs in your account's settings. What are the differences between tariff plans?

What kind of data do we collect?

We collect data from such social networks as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn, TikTok. It doesn't matter if the post contains pictures, videos, links, or just text - in the message feed, you will see all the materials and information about them.
The information about posts in social networks includes the number of likes (all on Facebook and LinkedIn, likes and dislikes on YouTube), the number of comments, the number of shares.

How quickly is the project filled after its creation?

Go to Project settings at the top right corner. When status is "Synced 100%" it means that all the data is collected, and you can see the results.

You can also view the progress of information accumulation on the My project panel. If you have any problems with filling in the project, please write to us in the live chat in the system or use the feedback form on this site, be sure to specify your e-mail.

How often the data is updated?

The data in your account is updated once an hour. The data of posts on your pages in social networks and on the pages of your competitors, data on the number of reactions to these posts, data on the number of likes and followers of the monitored pages are updated.
