What is the Mentions Tab?

What is the Mentions Tab?

BrandVox collects and analyses mentions of your brand on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to determine how your audience really feels about it. Our powerful mention monitoring feature not only identifies 30 different emotional tones, but also indicates their intensity. This allows you to respond quickly to the most important mentions and engage with your audience more effectively than ever before!

Filters and monitoring period

On the top of the Mentions tab, you can see filters that you can apply to your graphs so they meet your specific criteria:

Statistics by various metrics

The tab Mentions contains the graphs by:
  1. Dynamics of mentions (via @) of your page during the selected period. Trends, i.e. top words that were very frequent for the selected period, are also displayed. To view mentions of a specific social network, please use the filter.
  2. Distribution by types of social networks in which mentions (@) of your pages appeared
  1. Distribution by subject of sources (if available).
  2. Distribution by size of sources (if available).
  1. Distribution of positive and negative mentions  by each type of social network.
  1. Distribution of intensity/emotionality of mentions (English only) by each type of social network.
  1. Contextual words in a positive tone.
  1. Contextual words in negative tonality.

Important
  1. If you see N/A instead of numbers, select a shorter period in the date filter. We can only compare data that has accumulated in your account over its working time, including the period of data originally uploaded when you created your account. The period of data originally uploaded depends on your tariff plan.
  2. Please notice that the statistics on the graph completely shows the status of the filters, i.e. the data is shown for the selected period. The graphs will also be rebuilt according to which filters you select in the next period.
  3. Social media icons on the dashboard card indicate that this graphic displays data from these social media only. If there are no social media icons on the card, then data is collected from all social media that Brandvox tracks
