How do I monitor all of my social media pages?
You can monitor all your business social media pages, as well as competitors' social networks. With BrandVox you can monitor Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn, Tiktok.
Adding social media account authorization in BrandVox
Before you set up your project, you need to connect your brand's social media pages. Without it, this information cannot be collected.
Please note:
- Authorization requires you to have a Business Account on Instagram and business page on Facebook. To check or change your account type, go to your Instagram Settings.
- When you try to connect to Instagram, you will be redirected to Facebook to log in using your Facebook ID and password. This is because an Instagram professional account is connected through Facebook Meta API.
- Authorization takes place through your business page on Facebook (the one linked to your Instagram account). Check that you have access to approve apps for the Page.

- LinkedIn doesn't allow to retrieve your personal account metrics, so all the analytics will not include your personal metrics. But you can post from Brandvox to this page.
To authorize an accounts, please log in to your account in BrandVox.
- In the main view, please click on the account name (bottom left corner, as on the screenshot) and pick 'Settings'.
- Find a Connections centre.
3. Select the social network via which you want to add your page and press CONNECT button to authorize social account.
5. Select the Facebook account you want to authorize and click Next.
6. Make sure all permissions are ON for BrandVox, as seen in the screenshot below, and click Done. These permissions are necessary to collect Facebook posts for your projects in BrandVox.
7. If the authorization is successful, you will see a message like the one in the screenshot below. Click OK to return to BrandVox.
8. Now you have connected your channels to BrandVox!
How to delete authorization
You can disable authorization in the Connections centre.
