What is Overview Tab?

The Overview tab allows you to see  the most important and comprehensive information about data from your project.

Filters and monitoring period

On the top of the Overview tab, you can see filters that you can apply to your graphs so they meet your specific criteria.

Statistics by various metrics

At the top row, you'll find metrics that are calculated compared with your competitors:
  1. Engagement rate -  shows the engagement of the page audience compared with the previous date range and average competitors' values. Find out  more what is Engagement rate.
  2. Reactions - number of reactions (likes, comments, shares) in the selected date range.
  3. Posts - the number of posts in the selected date range. Your brand is compared with aggregated competitors' numbers.
On the grid the following markings are introduced. Red color indicator means that the indicator is lower than the average for competitors. Green color indicator means that the indicator is higher than the average for competitors.
Next to the numbers, you will see a percentage of your and your competitors' performance relative to the previous period, depending on what you currently have selected in your date filter. For example, if you selected the last week in the filter, the indicators will be compared with the week before the selected one. If you selected the last 3 days, the comparison will be with the 3 days before the selected days.

Important
  1. If you see N/A instead of numbers, select a shorter period in the date filter. We can only compare data that has accumulated in your account over its working time, including the period of data originally uploaded when you created your account. The period of data originally uploaded depends on your account plan. For a demo account it is 7 days.
  2. Please notice that the statistics on the graph completely shows the status of the filters, i.e. the data is shown for the selected period. The graphs will also be rebuilt according to which filters you select in the next period.
On the grid, you’ll find some of our metrics prepared to help you understand the performance of your project better.
  1. Page Impressions - the number of times any content from your Page or about your Page entered a person's screen.
  2. Audience - audience growth and loss. Sum of all social networks. Use filters to choose specific media type.
  3. Page Interactions - sum of page interactions from different social media. Use filters to choose specific media type.
  4. New Reviews - keep an eye on fresh feedback.
  5. New Mentions - new mentions of your brand in the selected date range divided by tone of voice.
  6. Top Hashtags by Organic Impressions - hashtags with the highest organic impression.

Important
  1. Social media icons on the dashboard card indicate that this graphic displays data from these social media only. If there are no social media icons on the card, then data is collected from all social media that Brandvox tracks
  2. On the New Mentions card, the tonality of mentions is defined as neutral, positive or negative for the languages that Brandvox processes (English, Ukrainian) Mentions in other languages are marked as "undefined" by tonality.

If you’re not sure what the metric does/means, check out simply by hovering your mouse over the icon .
