How do I set up one more project?
Adding a project
If you have several services, products, or marketing campaigns you can create a project in BrandVox for each of them. The number of available projects is regulated by your plan. More information about tariff plans please find here.
To add new project , press the "Add project" button. The number next to button represents the number of new projects that are available for creation.

Please note:
- Before you set up your project, you need to connect your brand's social media pages. To do this, go to Account settings and select Connections. How do I monitor all of my social media pages?
- If the add project button is inactive, you have reached the limit of the number of projects in your account. If you want to add another project, then you need to either delete the old one(s), or upgrade your current subscription to increase your limit. Please check your tariff plan and the number of available projects in it.
- If you have been added to a project in BrandVox, you can view and edit only THIS project, according to your permissions. But if you want to create a new project, you have to connect your own social media pages and create a new project with them. How to set up a project?
Go to your Account Settings and check the status of your current plan in the Details tab.
You'll be able to upgrade your tarrif plan in Tariff plans tab:
