I can't add a social network to the project, the message "incorrect URL" appears, what's wrong?

If you are trying to add a Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok pages to the project, make sure that it is a business page. We can only collect information from business accounts on these social networks.

Please also check that there are no extra characters in your link. The link to the page in the social network should contain only the address of the network and the username.

For example, an extra character is a slash at the end of the address of the page you need. 

This is the case when an error occurs:

https://www.facebook.com/UKRAINEDEF/

And this is the correct way to write it:

https://www.facebook.com/UKRAINEDEF

If the link is fine, please check your settings in the Connections section. To do this, go to Settings and select the Connections item.

If you don't have an active connection for the social network you're trying to add a link to, it will cause an error. Please add a connection or activate an existing one.
