What is the Content Tab?

What is the Content Tab?

This tab contains statistic about the content on your and competitors' pages on social networks.

Filters and monitoring period

On the top of the Content tab, you can see filters that you can apply to your graphs so they meet your specific criteria.

Important
  1. If you see N/A instead of numbers, select a shorter period in the date filter. We can only compare data that has accumulated in your account over its working time, including the period of data originally uploaded when you created your account. The period of data originally uploaded depends on your tariff plan.
  2. Please notice that the statistics on the graph completely shows the status of the filters, i.e. the data is shown for the selected period. The graphs will also be rebuilt according to which filters you select in the next period.
  3. Social media icons on the dashboard card indicate that this graphic displays data from these social media only. If there are no social media icons on the card, then data is collected from all social media that Brandvox tracks

Statistics by various metrics

Here you can find such metrics as:
  1. Top own posts by likes - the best-performed your' post by the number of likes;
  2. Top own posts by comments - the best-performed your' post by the number of comments;
  3. Top own posts by shares (only for FB, Twitter and LinkedIn, as Instagram and Youtube don't provide this information);

Also, you'll see metrics, that are calculated compared with your competitors:

  1. Post Reactions- the number of reactions to your posts.
  2. Post Impressions - the number of times your posts are viewed.

  5. Avg View Duration -  average duration of video views.
On the grid the following markings are introduced. Red color indicator means that the indicator is lower than the average for competitors. Green color indicator means that the indicator is higher than the average for competitors.
Next to the numbers, you will see a percentage of your and your competitors' performance relative to the previous period, depending on what you currently have selected in your date filter. For example, if you selected the last week in the filter, the indicators will be compared with the week before the selected one. If you selected the last 3 days, the comparison will be with the 3 days before the selected days.
