What can you find in your account and how to navigate it

You can navigate to any of the projects you have created. Go to Projects name, find the project you want to. To select another project, click on the project name.

Dashboard

Dashboard contains 5 main tabs - Overview, Activity, Content, Hashtags, Mentions. Each tab includes different graphs and tables. Let's take a closer look at this!

The Overview tab

The Overview tab allows you to see  the most important and comprehensive information about data from your project. Get more information about Overview tab.

The Activity tab

With the help of Activity Tab, you can evaluate your presence on social media and how well your brand is recognized. It helps you get to know your audience or influencers better, which means you will be able to refine your marketing campaigns or build a more effective communication strategy. The Content tab

This tab contains information about the content on your and competitors' pages on social networks. The Content tab.

The Hashtags tab

This tab contains information about the hashtags that you or your competitors have used in their posts. You’ll be able to track all the trends related to the hashtag, with all the spikes and dips in the frequency of mentions. Learn more about working with Hashtags tab.

Mentions tab

BrandVox collects and analyses mentions of your brand on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to determine how your audience really feels about it. Export posts 

Inside your project, you'll find the Export posts button - just click on it to export your data as a .xls file and wait for your file to be downloaded :) How to create export report?

Feed

Posts

Here you can analyze your own posts and competitors' posts for a certain period. You can specify your needs with the help of filters.  




Editor

On the Editor tab, there is a field for entering a text for further analysis. BrandVox offers a wide range of tools to analyze the complexity of a text, to predict its performance, and to evaluate the emotions it evokes in the reader.



The results of the text analysis will be displayed on the right side of the workspace. After analyzing your text, you can post it to your social networks via Calendar! What could be more handy?
